We are in the early stages of this new project in Bronte. The design is for a three storey minimalist, contemporary home set in this stunning beach setting. The project is located on a narrow Bronte street, making access tricky to navigate.
Piling and boundary stabilisation has been completed and we are currently setting up for the main structure build.
Thankfully, we’re old hands at dealing with the challenges of building in the eastern suburbs so we’re well on track.
NAREMBURN DEMOLITION
In Naremburn we’re working on a major alteration and addition to this heritage home.
We’ve been planning the attack on this project for the last six months with our clients, architects and designers. The brief was to celebrate the heritage character of the home whilst connecting a contemporary three storey rear pavilion. The design calls for extremely high level of finishes, so we are keeping a close eye on every level of detail to ensure our client’s vision is realised.
The final push is on for this stunning project in Mosman. We’re work towards project completion end of May and we can’t wait to celebrate the end result.
It has been a privilege to work on this project with our client. This is the second home we have built for them and we hope this is something they will enjoy for many years to come.

Not to be outdone, Rick and the team have been hard at work on the major renovation of his own place in Burraneer in Sydney’s south. This has meant Rick has felt the pains and joys of all the sides of construction and certainly gives a great insight into the client side of the experience. Thankfully the project has gone to plan and we are doing the final finishing touches.
