This beautiful project in Maroubra won the winner of the 2023 NSW Master Builder’s Award (MBA) for House Alterations and additions $6M – $7M. 

According to the judges: ‘The project involved a vast and challenging renovation with multiple levels. Highlights included a beautiful pebble roof garden, open living area with stunning views, and impressive additions like two Tesla batteries and lifts. Remarkable work was also done in the gyprock, painting, and tiling. Well done to OneUp Building.’
